Yorkshire Ceremonies
Yorkshire Registrars
If you choose to hold your ceremony in our outdoor wedding ceremony space, The Meadows, your ceremony will take place within Yorkshire. Therefore, your ceremony will need to be conducted by North Yorkshire registrars.
You can book your registrar through North Yorkshire Council.
Lancashire Ceremonies
Lancashire Registrars
If you choose to hold your ceremony within our indoor wedding venue, your ceremony will take place within Lancashire. In this case, your ceremony will need to be conducted by Lancashire registrars.

Important Information About Ceremony Spaces:
Due to the venue being located across two counties, once your registrars have been booked you will not be able to switch between the indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces.
However, if you have chosen an outdoor wedding ceremony and the weather is less favourable on the day, there is no need to worry. The outdoor ceremony area is fully undercover, and outdoor heating is available to help keep your guests comfortable throughout the ceremony.
Celebrant Wedding Ceremonies
A More Personal Ceremony
For couples looking for a more personal and flexible ceremony experience, a celebrant led wedding ceremony is also a wonderful option. While celebrant ceremonies are not legally binding, they allow couples to create a highly personalised celebration filled with meaningful stories, readings, and special moments.
Choosing a celebrant ceremony also gives you the flexibility to hold your wedding ceremony in either Yorkshire or Lancashire without registrar restrictions.
